What is a Regional Youth Scholarship Cutting?
 A youth scholarship cutting held with in one of the 7 Regions in the US & Canada.

Why are their Regional Youth Scholarship Cuttings?
 So youth have the opportunity to participate for scholarship moneys.

Who can attend the Regional Scholarship Cuttings?
 Any youth that holds a current NYCHA membership Card.

Where does the scholarship money come from?
 Each Region must raise $8000 then the NCHA donates $2000, to make it a $10,000 Scholarship Cutting.
